SFO tactics damage media freedom

I am extremely concerned by the reports I read, concerning the SFO’s investigative tactics & grossly overbearing legals threats issued against the NBR.

I would like to recommend, that the SFO and it’s head Adam Feeley exercise a more positive judgement, and drastically improve their relations with the media.

The NBR has done far more for me, in terms of investigating, reporting, alerting me to financials scams & protecting me from dangerous & unreliable business dealings, than the SFO or Securities Commission have ever done.

Justice denied for Arthur Allan Thomas

I would like to request that a full & transparent re-investigation be opened, into the Crewe murders, Arthur Allan Thomas conviction and police handling of the case, at the time.

This is crucially important, that justice is both transparent & seen to be done.

You may be unaware that attitudes within the police, of “banding together” and “protecting your mates” are considered by some officers to be more important than ‘truth’, ‘justice’, ‘the law’, or other forms of legal accountability according to the law of New Zealand.
